I called Service Care on Monday morning. They made an appointment for early the next day. The technician called and gave me his ETA and was right on time. He immediately diagnosed then problems and gave me two options to repair. The cjeaper of the two “might fix the problem” and if not tje more costly one would need to be done and probably wouldn’t be worth the time and expense.
I appreciated his honesty, his kindness, and his expertise. Cost was reasonable for a service call. I called two other repair shops who were more costly just for a service call and could not come for up to 3 days later
