Service Care is dedicated to long-term customer satisfaction.
Our warranty covers the service performed: labor, parts installed, and any mileage fees charged for the original service call.
This policy covers in-shop, local and out-of-town repairs.
If you're outside of our normal 25-mile service area, and paid mileage on your first service call, you won't have to pay it again. We will schedule it for the next available time in your area.
If the unit has the same failure as the original repair, we'll fix it for free!
If the machine has another problem unrelated to the original repair within our 12-month warranty, we'll treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly.
We always stand behind our work and the total satisfaction of each and every customer is of utmost importance to us. Our 12-month warranty applies only to customer paid repairs.
Our service warranty only applies to repairs and parts provided by Service Care. While we are able to install parts purchased by the customer, we do not provide any warranty on our labor, the parts themselves, and any other fees involved in the repair should those parts fail in the future.
