Frequently Asked Questions

Do you warranty your service?
We stand behind our work, offering Alabama's longest service warranty on our work. Further details are on our warranty page. - Back to top.

When I call, will I reach a live, local person?
Yes, of course you will. We have a customer service staff dedicated to solving your problems. We answer the phone immediately and are ready to help. During peak times there may be a short hold time but it is relatively rare. We know your time is valuable and we respect that. - Back to top.

Do you sell parts to the public?
At this time, Service Care does not sell parts to the public. This includes DLP and LCOS lamps/bulbs. We are only a servicer. If you are looking for a local appliance parts company in Birmingham, there are two choices: Alabama Parts Company and Washer and Refrigeration Supply. For electronics parts locally, you can try Forbes Distributing or go online and search for an electronics parts supplier. If you decide fixing it yourself is too much trouble, please don't hesitate to call us for service. - Back to top.

Can you tell me how to fix my...?
We totally respect your can-do attitude and your desire to fix it yourself. However, all our technicians work full time repairing televisions and appliances for our customers, and we do not offer any technical repair advice. Most of them are out of the building, in customer homes, providing quality service on television, appliances and other electronic products. Fortunately, there are resources available online for someone who wants to do it him or herself, although many people will still prefer to pay a servicer to take care of the problem. - Back to top.

How early/late are you open? What are your hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, and on Saturdays from 9am-1pm. We offer in-home service 8am-12 or 1pm-5pm. After hours, our customer service manager monitors any emails sent to service@servicecare.net on his telephone, and will try to help in an emergency until we can contact you the next business day. You can also send us a message or schedule a service call via our website if you can't wait for our office to open. - Back to top.
