It always makes us smile...
One of our television technicians (Ron) just got a great thank you card from a happy customer. It really put a smile on my face and he himself said they were great people.
As a manager, you get used to only hearing from people when you have not lived up to expectations, as happy folks tend to just quietly be happy with the experience. So it's alway nice to hear from a particular happy customer about a great experience, or receive a thank you card (we love those), or even just to get a good review online (we definitely love those).
Thank you for letting us serve you in 2011, and we can't wait for next year!

January Tornado Victims
All of our hearts here at Service Care go out to those affected by the recent Tornado damage and devastation. We are saddened by your losses and wish you a speedy recovery.
We love this great state, but you have to respect the unpredictable and sometimes very dangerous weather conditions we endure. Hopefully, this is the last of the severe tornados we'll see this season.
